These terms govern your use of the Dabney & Co. (“Dabney,” “we,” “us” — operated by Public Skool LLC) website and the services offered through it. Using the site means you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as clear as we can.
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes only. Content here is provided for general information and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that could harm Dabney & Co. or other guests.
Reservations are subject to availability and any policies presented at the time of booking. Private events and full-venue reservations are governed by a separate agreement, including any deposit and cancellation terms provided to you directly. Deposits and minimums, where applicable, are disclosed before you confirm.
Gift cards are redeemable toward food and beverage at Dabney & Co. They do not expire and carry no fees. They aren’t redeemable for cash except where required by Michigan law, and are otherwise non-refundable. We accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover; other purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout. We are a 21-and-over establishment, and valid ID may be required.
The Dabney & Co. name, logo, photography, menus, and site content are our property or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and information such as menus, hours, and event details may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabney & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kalamazoo County, Michigan, to whose jurisdiction you consent. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
