Ticket Terms

Blues Fest is a 21+ event. Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Entry may be refused, without refund, to anyone who cannot present valid ID or who is visibly intoxicated. Your emailed QR code (or the copy in your wallet/print-out) is your ticket — our staff will scan it to seat you.

All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. The lineup, set times, and running order are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. The festival is held entirely indoors and runs rain or shine. If Dabney & Co. cancels a scheduled set in full, ticket holders for that set will be offered a comparable set or a refund for that ticket.

Reserved Dining and Front-Row VIP seats are held for your party for the duration of your booked set. Please arrive by the set start time; unclaimed reserved seats may be released after 30 minutes. General Admission is standing-room on the open cocktail-bar side and does not include a reserved seat or a guaranteed view of the stage.

Bottled cocktails are sold sealed for off-premise consumption, in compliance with Michigan law, and are pickup only — in person at the bar, during the festival (July 16–18), on the day you select. They are not available before July 16 and are not shipped. A valid 21+ photo ID is required at pickup. Orders not picked up in person during the festival are forfeited. All bottle sales are final.

We collect your name and email to fulfill your order and send your ticket. For bottle orders, your date of birth is used only to confirm you are 21+ at the time of purchase and is not stored. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
